The STASSKOL DynamicSeal SDS100 were developed in the bounds of a research project special for high-pressure applications.

Depending on the application this shaft seal allows the reduction of leakage about 25% with shorter fitting length. Thereby the assembly of seals is easier due to less components, and also budget-priced up to 30%.

Design

The STASSKOL DynamicSeal SDS100 consists of a shortened housing, sealing rings and a flange. Compared to the industrial standard STASSKOL inserts a reduced number of wide rings instead of a lot of small rings. Thereby the fitting length can be reduced . Design and combination of rings are variable.

Die STASSKOL DynamicSeal der Bauart SDS100 wurde im Rahmen eines Forschungsprojektes eigens für den Hochdruckbereich entwickelt.

Abhängig vom Anwendungsfall lassen diese Wellendichtungen ca. 25 % geringere Leckagen bei kürzeren Einbaulängen zu. Zusätzlich sind diese Dichtungen aufgrund der geringeren Anzahl an Bauteilen montagefreundlicher und auch bis zu 30% preisgünstiger.

Aufbau und Material

Die STASSKOL DynamicSeal SDS100 besteht aus einem verkürzten Gehäuse, Dichtringen und einem Flansch. Anders als beim gängigen Industriestandard werden anstelle vieler schmaler Dichtringe, eine reduzierte Anzahl an breiten Ringen eingesetzt. Das lässt auch kürzere Einbaulängen zu. Ringdesign und Ringkombination sind variabel.

Die Wellendichtung SDS100 wird mit Anschlüssen für Spergass und/oder Absaugung und ohne Anschlüsse angeboten. Besonderheiten in den Dimensionen wie bei anderen STASSKOL-Wellendichtungen gibt es bei der Dichtung nicht.
