ESKABASE materials:

Our ESKABASE materials based on UHMW polyethylene are a pioneering alternative to conventional PTFE materials. These materials are particularly suitable for use in demanding industrial applications:

Sealing technology

Wear-resistant formulations with excellent resistance to pressure and media, ideal for seals in a wide range of industries.

Food processing

Safe, durable materials that meet the stringent requirements of the food industry.

Chemical processes

High chemical resistance that enables use in aggressive environments.

Through the targeted use of special fillers, ESKABASE materials can be modified to offer optimum performance while eliminating the need for PFAS. This makes them a flexible solution for a wide range of industrial requirements.

High temperature applications: PFAS-free alternatives

For applications where temperatures above 100 °C are reached, STASSKOL also offers PFAS-free solutions based on high-temperature materials such as polyaryletherketones (PEK, PEEK, PEKK), polyimides (PI) and polyphenylene sulphide (PPS). These materials are designed for extreme conditions and offer a reliable, sustainable alternative for demanding applications.
